Returns/ Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be emailed to us within 7 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you.
You may request for exchange of items for any of the following reasons:
- Your product does not match the website specifications or description
- You received the wrong item in your package
- You received defective products
Please note that sprays and snacks items are non-exchangeable as the shipping process is not handled by us for fragile items.
In your email, please include photo(s) of unsatisfactory items, if not request will be rejected.
Our team will get back to you on our results of investigations within 3 days.
