Shipping

We are currently only shipping within Singapore.

For order of sprays that are fragile items, please select Smartpac Box. We will not be responsible for any damage if you select Normal Mail or Smartpac Package.

Orders placed on:

• Monday to Friday before 6pm: Will be processed and shipped within 1 working day.
• Friday after 6pm, weekends: Will be processed and shipped by the next Monday.

Shipping methods:

• Normal mail (small items only): untraceable, direct to mail box.
• Up to 5 working days
• Smartpac Package: traceable, direct to mail box/ door step
• 2 to 3 working days 
• Smartpac Box: traceable, direct to mail box/ door step
•  to 3 working days 

Pickup: 

• Pickup will be available in 2 to 4 working days after ordering at the stated address during check out. 
• We do not do pickup at other locations.
• We will contact you through WhatsApp to arrange a suitable date/time for pickup.
